Okay so i love the mechanics and what could be but help. What am i supposed to do after searching all the boxes? I have 3 quest prompts and they dont really do anything, any info would be helpful, Day 1 btw
Hi. Unfortunately, I can't get along with the game. I am stuck at the point where you are supposed to play the video game (cartrige). Then, when I do this and play "The Wanderer", at some point the dialog reveals that it is apparently only a demo. So you can't continue playing. But after that, the task (Gamer Girl) continues. I really don't know what to do now and how to finish this quest.
I also have nothing else to do at the moment. No new dialog options at all, not with brother, not with father, and not with mother. I emptied the mailbox, but I don't know how to read the letter. I've been in the basement too, but don't know what I could do down there (except exercise).
But now if I waste the time, sometime the next night starts and the dead sister appears again. I don't know now what is said in the dialogue, but it knocks me back to the main menu when the second day dawns.
Is my understanding correct? If price of game increases in the coming months, we have to buy the game again but so as long as the price doesn't increase, we can get new builds for free right?! so if I buy 0.7, I will get 0.8, 0.9, v1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 ... v2 etc until the price increases?
If the price is going to increase in the future, how many times are you going to increase the price?
is there a benefit to buying the itch.io version now then buying later at the increased price of the game?

is my understanding correct? every time you release new version, we have to buy the game again, and pay MORE money, so if v2.1 costs $30, then v2.2 will cost ANOTHER $30?!

we gonna increase the price on major updates only (0.X) by a few cents until we reach version 0.9. from there the game will be selling at a fixed price (we plan for around ~20 USD for early-access and around ~40 USD for the full game). after the 0.9 the game will require only one purchase.
whether you would like to pay for these updates or wait for the early-access release is up to you
Thanks for the answers, I cannot afford to support payments for the updates but I look forward to the early access release, one more question, will you switch to Steam like other devs? I hope you stick to itch.io or at least stick to it as an extra option for those that don't want to use Steam, not that I have anything against Steam, I use Steam for adult content often but I prefer itch always, something I noticed is devs end up having a partial release on itch.io and then completely ditch it so the one on itch.io is more of a demo at that point or is no longer being updated like the steam version
we definitely gonna have Steam. as for itch.io - we'd really like to keep it as an alternative, and I hope we will. depends on their policy, as of recently, they haven't been quite friendly to NSFW devs

with all due respect isnt it kinda pointless just to buy the same game over and over again? Only a small part of the supporters are willing to pay this much and you are thinking of pushing away your average customer.
this game is not yet ready to be sold with lifetime ownership, as it's too raw. we put the game here just so people can support the development. if you want to buythe game, I recommend waiting for the 0.9 release

I wish the quest descriptions would update as you go through the game. I went into the basement, stumbled onto the new interaction with the mom once I found the last box, took a call and then had no idea what's next after mashing my way through the dialogue. Meanwhile the game still only tells me the clothes should be in a box.

I don't understand the roadmap; in the $9 version that I have, the game ends after day 1. No mechanics or nothing. just wake up, walk around, find some clothes, go to sleep and game over.
There is only 0.1 released so far. The game is brand new and that was the first release, so the road map of purchase power is less relevant at this exact moment. I believe they said it is pay-per-update, so I recommend waiting until the prologue is fully completed at the minimum before paying. The free version will have all the same content, just an update behind and with some censoring.

the quest log in unfortunately broken in this version. it's already fixed in the upcoming 0.2 :)
