Deluded v0.3.5 IS OUT!


Hurray! After more than 8 months the new update for Deluded is finally here! šŸŽ‰

Despite it being labeled as a minor patch, its changelog turned out to be the longest in Deluded history so far. I might as well call it a ā€˜changeLONGā€™! Lame jokes aside, it has a lot of content and features, including 2 new quests and 16 h-scenes.

Now let me tell you about stuff we would like to highlight the most.

Weā€™ve implemented the accessories system that allows us to create the so-called attachable items that you can wear like clothes. The only difference is that clothes follow the contours of the body and bend with it, while accessories donā€™t. And yes, they require a separate system.

Thereā€™s been a lot of feedback from you guys about stats progression. So, weā€™ve rebalanced the whole game: made some stats easier or harder to grind. It may still not be perfect, but weā€™re constantly monitoring your feedback to make it better each time. Things like stats balance can only be improved with YOUR TESTING. The game is surely getting better with your input and we appreciate that šŸ’›

The open world is still pretty much a wasteland, yet our game designer made a prototype lobby where you can test various mechanics and explore the rough sketch of mechanics for Lindcliff activities and locations prototypes made by our new artist.

Speaking of new team members, our team has expanded by 3 since the previous release! 2 of them Iā€™ve already talked about here, and the recent one is our new environment artist — Andrey Paramon. He had already modeled some buildings for the Park-slums area and started working on the Silver mine.

Partially because of introducing new people to the project the new release took that long. As always — HUUUUUUUUUGE THANKS to our supporters who make the team expansion possible and providing for quality content in the end!

Also, some minor changes worth mentioning.

Hovering over items now shows the Info window (aka Tooltip). There you can see the item description, tags and price. Clothes items have more parameters such as Durability, Water resistance, Warmness, Sexiness; levels of Dirt, C** and Wetness.

Items now have HP, clothes get wet under the rain, characterā€™s wetness is slowly transferred onto clothes…

… and so much more I think you already wanna quit reading, so just go and try everything yourself! šŸ˜Š

Though before starting the game I ā—HIGHLY RECOMMEND DELETING ALL YOUR OLD SAVES ā—using the button inside the save management menu. This will prevent unexpected bugs from happening and help save us devsā€™ sanity šŸ˜…

  • Character's velocity can now be taken into account and affect gameplay (not used in the game yet)

Other changes:

  • Made Stuart's "tool" smaller in cinematics
  • Spring Mansion location: Chain panties placeholder item replaced with metal ribbed dildo
  • Mom now has a dish attached to the hand
  • Rearranged some buttons in the main menu
  • Changed the first-person camera view button from Backslash to Š” (cheats-version only)
